Prices are decimal win odds. "At hold" is the price when the tip arrived; "At SP time" is the projected Betfair SP when the placer acted; "Matched" is what Betfair settled at. A skipped row is the lay-band guard: the runner was what the lay arm lays, so the win leg was not taken.
